Fun Holiday Programme for Kids

exploring rock poolsThe Whale Coast Conservation (WCC) has organised its first fun holiday programme for children aged 9 to 14 during the upcoming July school holidays.

Being an educational organisation, this fun programme will also include an environmental education component in each day’s activity.

WCC is offering three morning activities.

• Tuesday 7 July 10:00 to 13:00:

  • Fynbos creatures model building workshop

• Wednesday 8 July 10:00 to 13:00:

  • “Amazing Race” @ The Green House

• Thursday 9 July 10:00 – 13:00:

  • Coastal hike and exploring rock pools at Hoek van die Berg,Vermont.

The cost is R50 per participant per day. Children should bring their own refreshments. WCC would like to appeal to members of the public to consider sponsoring a less privileged child.
